Punchlist Labs is a small independent studio. We take on new teammates only when we have a specific role that needs filling and the runway to bring someone on properly.

When we do hire, we look for:
- ✓ People who can own a product end-to-end, not just a ticket queue.
- ✓ Strong written communication — most of what we do is async.
- ✓ Bias toward shipping boring, reliable software over chasing trends.
- ✓ Comfort working directly with small-business customers.
