These services are used only for basic operational purposes.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to respond to inquiries or fulfill legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Children's information
This website is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.
Rights under the GDPR (EU / UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:
- Right of access — you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — you can ask us to delete your personal data.
- Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to pause processing while a correction or objection is resolved.

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form. We'll respond within 30 days. There is no fee for exercising these rights.
Rights under the CCPA (California residents)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know — what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
- Right to delete — your personal information, subject to narrow legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you have this right regardless.
- Right to non-discrimination — we won't charge you more, give you worse service, or deny you access for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, use the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out request under the CCPA. We do not currently respond to DNT signals because there's no uniform industry standard for interpreting them.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in website practices. Updates will be posted on this page.
